Whether you're looking for full-time hours or a part-time arrangement, we'll build a schedule around your life. We have core availability Monday through Wednesday, half-day Fridays, and flexibility across 2 to 5 days per week. Compensation & Schedule $55–$60/hour (base pay + production bonus) Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 (full‑time) | $2,500 (part‑time) Flexible scheduling for part‑time and full‑time schedule Daily, monthly, and quarterly team bonus program

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to a loyal, established patient base Deliver meaningful patient education, including oral‑systemic health discussions Leverage Overjet AI to enhance case presentation and patient understanding Work alongside a skilled clinical team using advanced technology including a Solea all‑tissue laser, CEREC same‑day crowns, and intraoral scanners Collaborate closely with Dr. Colt, Dr. Howard, and Dr. Sites Practice to the full extent of your scope in a doctor‑supported, team‑first environment Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Colorado RDH license CPR/BLS certification Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar practice management software preferred Strong patient communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
