We provide web development and hosting, analytics suite, SEO & AEO services, ongoing content production, social media management, ads management, CRM and leads automation. Our mission is to become the market leader for local business growth, and we’re building a team that can carry that mission with us. We run over 100 active clients with an 8 person team , and 5% monthly churn . Our in house marketing engine generates a predictable, limitless pipeline of qualified discovery calls, so our AMs don’t prospect . They close sales & they manage relationships. Reporting directly to me (Founder and CEO), you will take full ownership of managing your inbound leads and handling all client relationships that move forward with us. We have well-documented SOPs for every step of the sales and account management process, from setting meetings, to running strategy sessions, to delivering proposals, to closing contracts, to service delivery and reporting. The Role This is a hybrid role: B2B sales + client relationship management. You take booked discovery calls (we generate them, you close them), then own those clients through the lifetime of the account. The marketing engine fills your calendar . Your job is to close, onboard, retain, and expand . What You'll Do Take booked sales calls from our marketing engine and close new clients (current data: 25% close rate) Own a growing portfolio of clients (ramped over 12 months to 50-60) Manage client strategy and deliverables using our highly experienced service delivery team Manage client communications with monthly zoom calls and any casual communications throughout the month Handle client escalations calmly and with intelligent solutions to keep the relationship and trust Collaborate with the delivery team on complex client situations What We Want 3+ years of agency side experience. You must understand the market. B2B sales experience. You can close very well. Top 5% communicator. This is the bar. High stress tolerance. Clients escalate problems. You stay calm and solve it. Track record of client retention and expansion Self directed worker. We're 8 people, not a corporate machine. Your Not a Fit If You're inexperienced. We need someone who's done this before. You cannot handle stress / pressure. You’re handling a high-volume of clients. You need heavy structure and oversight to perform What You Get $120,000 base salary year 1 Uncapped bonus: $1,000/yr per client above 20 AMs at full ramp earn $172,800+ A fully booked sales calendar (no outbound, ever) Remote first work, Sarasota HQ optional for hybrid Joining a tight 8 person team with quarterly hires planned This is an immediately rewarding role with a company at the forefront of AI native marketing for local business.
