*Server/Bartender *

The Bartender Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while preparing and serving beverages and food items. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with customers, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas.

*Typical Duties and Responsibilities*

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

· Greet and engage customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.

· Ensure the bar and dining area are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

· Check identification to verify the age of customers before serving alcohol.

· Handle cash and process payments accurately.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

· Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu items.

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations.

*Education and Experience*

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a bartending or serving role is preferred. Certification in responsible beverage service is a plus.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

· Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

· Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.35 - $23.48 per hour
