This is your chance to inspire and motivate members of all fitness levels through dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes. If you love fitness and love people, we want you leading the room. We are looking for Spin, strength, pilates and yoga instructors. Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and instruct engaging group fitness classes for participants of varying skill levels Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating class environment that keeps members coming back Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed Monitor participants for correct form and injury prevention throughout each session Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, programming, and best practices Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to deliver a high-quality fitness experience Build positive relationships with members and support overall member retention Requirements: Current group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent) preferred CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire Prior experience teaching group fitness classes strongly preferred Strong communication, cueing, and motivational skills Ability to adapt class format and intensity to meet diverse participant needs Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals About Us: REPFIT LLC is a fitness-forward company based in Reston, VA, dedicated to helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals through quality programming and expert instruction.
