Legal Data Entry Specialist – Fischetti Law Group Location: Boynton Beach, FL Hours: Part-time, in-person, NIGHT and WEEKEND. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Legal Data Entry Specialist for in-person NIGHT and WEEKEND hours to join our civil litigation firm. This role is vital in managing the administrative duties of our legal proceedings. Responsibilities Generate and open new case filings in the firm's case management system File legal documents in paper and electronic systems Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence Conduct data collection and computerize information for reports Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Handle basic math calculations for billing purposes Organize and maintain digital legal files Qualifications Entry-level position with substantial training provided Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for pivot tables Strong clerical skills with the ability to type efficiently Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed legal environment, supporting attorneys in their daily tasks.
