What We're Looking For
BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
Unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility
BLS or ACLS certification
DEA registration or eligibility
The Role
This is senior-focused primary care where your clinical judgment leads. You'll head your own care team in a collaborative model built around patient outcomes, not volume targets or checkbox medicine.
