You’ll support students’ communication growth as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC) or, for those with strong experience, as an SLPA ready to contribute in an educational setting. What We’re Looking For:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC) or experienced SLPA
• Background in pediatric speech-language services, ideally in a school environment
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families
• Responsive, compassionate communicator dedicated to student success

Your Role Will Include:

• Assessing and diagnosing communication challenges in students
• Designing and delivering individualized and group therapy programs
• Crafting IEP goals and maintaining thorough documentation
• Consulting with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support
• Participating in IEP meetings and school-based teams
• Balancing on-site and remote work where hybrid options are available
