Senior Accountant Full-Time Onsite – West Babylon, NY
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our Accounting Department is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to perform a range of accounting functions.
What You'll Do
- Calculate monthly sales tax and schedules
- Perform various journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations monthly
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation
- Perform monthly Accounts Receivable adjustments
- Reconcile and record related journal entries for company credit card purchases
- Perform Accounts Payable review and approval daily
- Assist with audit preparation
- Inventory management
- Lease management
- Fixed asset management
- Backup for various accounting functions
What You Bring
- Accounting Degree Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous related work experience or education
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Intacct, QBO, Davisware, Service Titan software a plus
