Position Summary

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Use evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of each patient's needs.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapy methods to encourage continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Commitment to ongoing learning through continuing education and advanced certifications

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a must
