About This Opportunity

At PAM Transport, we know that our drivers are the backbone of the country, and we are committed to supporting them with the best possible service. As a member of our Maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our drivers can continue to deliver the goods and services that keep our economy moving.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Pay range is $20 - $23/hour, depending upon experience.

How You Will Contribute To The Success Of The Team

• Schedule federal inspections at customer facilities
• Arrange and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment
• Track completion of scheduled maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Generate and distribute PM reports to supervisors and management
• Create, process, and track purchase orders for OTR services
• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper authorization
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and billing accuracy
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices

What Makes You A Strong Candidate For This Position

• Basic computer knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Effective verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Preferred automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge
