$120,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals to develop and implement strategic litigation plans.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, showcasing your advocacy skills.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.

• Engage in client consultations to provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with expert witnesses and gather evidence to build compelling cases for trial or settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in civil litigation with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Ability to lead and manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of effective courtroom representation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Strong skills in legal research and analysis to support strategic case development.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of legal professionals to develop strategic litigation plans.
• Experience in client consultations, providing expert legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
