About the Program The Acadomi is a 3‑month immersive training program for recent college graduates, designed to launch a career in IT recruiting. Participants work full‑time under seasoned recruiters and account executives, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and client management. Upon completion, graduates are placed in one of our regional offices. Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on IT recruiting best practices. Work closely with a team lead to develop sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission skills. Make cold calls and prospect new business with clients. Learn Optomi’s recruiting and sales process with the goal of progressing to an account executive role. Key Account Executive Functions Connect with clients to understand their talent needs through phone, in‑person meetings, and other engagements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning Optomi as a trusted partner. Act as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs between clients and the recruiting team. Grow and manage your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication. Qualifications 0–1 year of professional experience (training provided). Strong drive, determination, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
