Minimum Qualifications: Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States. Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry. Basic knowledge of drink recipes and mixology principles. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution. Experience working in a lounge or upscale bar environment. Knowledge of craft cocktails and current beverage trends. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume setting. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining accountability for sales. Collaborate with other staff members to support smooth operations and address customer needs promptly.
