Bartender In Sports Bar

Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for a dynamic bartender to join our solid team. We are located on 3950 Rosemeade Pkwy. #100. The ideal candidate is one that is a motivated self-starter. We would love to find a bartender who is a highly energetic team player with a strong passion for delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages

Ability to positively interact with customers

Building good rapport resulting in return customers.

Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations

Delivering food and drinks to guests quickly and efficiently.

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Present and follow drink menu.

Ability to enter orders using a POS system.

Basic math skills.

Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

At least 4 years' experience as a bartender in a fast-paced organized setting.

Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time.

Strong sense of urgency

Team player

Great energy and personality.

Great smile.

Demonstrate Integrity.

TABC/ Food handlers' certificate is required.

Relevant training certificate a plus.

Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
