Leadership Development Programs Coach

ProSidian is seeking a Leadership Development Programs Coach for program support on a contract basis. This role is located in Los Fresnos, TX 78566, and supports the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), which serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in education, academia, and leadership coaching. This position offers the possibility of transitioning to a full-time ProSidian employed position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Leadership Development Programs Coach will provide services and support as a consultant for education professional development, focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as Los Fresnos CISD. This role involves dynamic leadership development programs coaching, executive coaching, and specialized workshops to equip educational leaders with the competencies required to lead transformational change.

Qualifications:

Desired qualifications for the Leadership Development Programs Coach include:

• Experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, or educational leadership training.
• Visionary leadership, coaching proficiency, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership skills.
• Experience leading professional development initiatives for current and aspiring school and district leaders.
• Competencies required include Leadership Development Programs Services.

Due to the sensitive nature of our work, candidates must either be cleared or able to obtain and maintain a clearance. All personnel must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance in DISS at the time of proposal submission and maintain it throughout the contract.

Standard skills required include proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
