Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a subject‑matter expert and play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an experience that’s the best in pests. Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Proficiently navigate Windows‑based and Web‑based systems to track routes and optimize schedules. Apply training to schedule appointments for technicians, minimize drive time, and recommend alternative routes. Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs. Monitor, update, and maintain a customer database with accurate information, including call details, dispositions, payments, and results. Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours. Participate in quality‑assurance processes, programs, and initiatives. Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information. Benefits Competitive earnings starting at $24 to $27 per hour. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Physical Requirements Comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer, keyboard, telephone, and office equipment for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
