We are on the hunt for energetic & coachable candidates who are ready to learn.We Offer:401(k) with company matchMedical insurance, including Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceLife insuranceAvailable financial advisorResponsibilities:Setting and maintaining programs which will ensure 100% turnover to the F&I departmentProviding customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warrantiesConverting cash deals to financeEstablishing and maintaining good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturerProcessing finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvalCompleting necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient mannerChecking all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting.Providing customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policiesContinually seeking new lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and finance programsWork closely with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale, and to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensure that they are achievedQualifications:Two to four years sales/related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documentsAbility to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directorsMust be able to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsSelf-driven and motivated to achieve resultsExcellent communication skillsValid Driver’s License
