About the Sales Executive Role

At SiteMinder, we believe in the power of connection with our customers, our team, and the work we do. As a Sales Executive, you'll become a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized hotel owners, supporting them in discovering how our solutions can make a meaningful difference in their operations and guest experiences. You'll have the opportunity to truly understand the challenges accommodation providers face, and offer thoughtful solutions that contribute to their success.

What You'll Do

  • Building lasting relationships Connect with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships through thoughtful upselling.
  • Working toward shared goals Collaborate with your team to meet key sales targets, helping both new and current clients succeed with SiteMinder solutions.
  • Presenting with confidence and care Develop well-considered proposals and communicate them in a way that's clear, respectful, and aligned with the client's values.
  • Staying organized and responsive Maintain accurate records of your progress using SiteMinder's CRM, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from sales to onboarding.
  • Listening and learning Share client feedback with our Product Team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered innovation.

What You Have...

  • A warm, confident phone presence, and the ability to lead conversations while listening actively and empathetically
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with the resilience to adapt and thrive
  • A growth mindset you're open to learning, feedback, and supporting others while growing your own career
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
  • Experience in Hospitality sales is a plus
