Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and production procedures
• Meet production quotas and cycle time requirements
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment upkeep
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met
• Report equipment or safety issues to supervisors promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

Schedule & Requirements

• Must be flexible to work any shift (days, evenings, nights)
• Overtime required, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Completion of a 90-day training period
• Must wear required uniform and safety PPE
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required
• Must provide three professional references.
