Vehicle Salesperson Location: Chula Vista, CA 91911. Salary Range: $37,000.00 – $75,000.00 base + commission per year; hourly full‑time with commissions, average pay ranges between $32,000 and $100,000. Responsibilities Engage potential buyers in the sales process for new and pre‑owned powersports vehicles. Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills. Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills. Hold a valid salesperson license at the time of hiring. Preferred: Minimum 1 year of powersports vehicle sales experience at a multi‑line dealer (not required). Schedule Store hours: Tuesday through Saturday 10am–7pm. Sundays and Mondays off. Work schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish.
