Responsibilities Process corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events. Interpret event notifications and supporting documentation. Support voluntary elections and ensure timely responses. Perform reconciliations, validations, and exception management. Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies. Liaise with internal teams and external service providers. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing. System & Standards: Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards. Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a team within a financial services or asset management environment. Operational Control: Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk. Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. Management and Inspiration: Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Team-Oriented and Client-Focused: A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Nice to Have Skills Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels. Approachable and Open-Minded: Known for being approachable and open-minded, creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, data vendors, and brokers to resolve any operational issues. Supervisory Responsibilities No Potential for Growth Regular training Continuing education courses Compensation The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through June 30, 2026. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
