Senior Fund Administrator (Greater Tampa Bay Area)

Summary: A growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to oversee private equity fund accounting/administration and client delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee NAV preparation and review, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations
• Review fund accounting deliverables and ensure calculations are completed in accordance with fund documents and LPAs
• Manage and develop a team of fund accountants, including review, training, workload allocation, and delivery oversight
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, custodians, and other service providers
• Review financial statements, audit support, regulatory reporting, fund expenses, and other client deliverables
• Ensure service deadlines, controls, and client requirements are consistently met
• Support process improvements, technology initiatives, reporting enhancements, and internal projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of fund accounting/administration or related experience
• Private equity experience
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, LPAs, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations
