We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist to become part of our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care. You will collaborate with a compassionate and integrated team of physicians, CRNAs, and supportive clinical and administrative personnel.

• A collaborative anesthesia care team model that includes both medical supervision and the opportunity to manage your own cases.

• You will provide coverage across 3-4 locations, including obstetrics at two sites, with a primary home base.

• Optional 24-hour call; an impressive night call ratio of 1:23; one weekend commitment every two months.

• Shift lengths vary, currently ranging from 6 to 14 hours.

• Case types include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, orthopedic, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robotic, spinal, epidural, obstetrics, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. Note: No cardiac or trauma cases.

• Applicants must possess critical skills, including the ability to work autonomously in the operating room and frequently provide individualized care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions, along with strong capabilities in invasive clinical monitoring.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $441,800 to $502,000, taking into account the applicant's skills and qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors.
