Rehabilitation Specialist

Position: Rehabilitation Specialist (ID: CATSDUN.7.15.26) National Pike Health Center, Inc. is a community-based Outpatient Mental Health Center with offices in Catonsville, Dundalk, and Westminster, MD. We provide mental health therapy and psychiatric rehabilitation for all ages and groups. We have an opening for a Rehabilitation Specialist in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). Overview of Job Duties Developing and assuring that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program; providing oversight for the daily program of rehabilitation services by: Review and process completed intakes and assessments Completion and maintenance of the Individual Rehabilitation Plan Facilitation of therapist collaboration meetings Counselor supervision Attend PRP meetings Completion of weekly report We offer Health/Vision/Dental benefits after a 90-day probationary period for full-time employees. Qualifications Qualifying applicants must meet the following qualifications: Certification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (CRC) or CPRP-Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner; CFRP-Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner Licensed mental health professional (LCSW-C, LCPC-S, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC) 2 years of relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr NATIONAL PIKE HEALTH CENTER INC
