Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockville, MD for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans to address patients’ physical and functional needs. Daily tasks include implementing rehabilitation techniques, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers on aftercare, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care. A commitment to patient-centered care and effective communication is essential for this role. Qualifications Proficient in Physical Therapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and patient assessment Strong foundation in medicine and knowledge of treatment protocols Experience in delivering high-quality patient care, including rehabilitation and home care services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland or Washington, DC Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development Prior experience in orthopaedic or musculoskeletal physical therapy settings is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
