The Project Analyst conducts detailed reviews of property-related documentation, including homeowner association (HOA) financial statements, board documents, insurance policies, litigation records, property inspection reports, and safety and health-related information. Working within established lending requirements, the incumbent evaluates projects against agency, investor, and portfolio guidelines, analyzes supporting documentation, requests additional information when needed, and issues project approval decisions. Individuals with strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication skills will thrive in this highly detail-oriented and research-intensive environment.
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with a minimum one year of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

- Excellent attention to detail with experience reviewing financial, insurance, legal, and property-related documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements and decisions to business partners and stakeholders.
