Trust and Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Fast Growing Law Firm

Sucato Law Group, a leading firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration, is seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Paralegal to join our Bayonne, New Jersey office. Our Firm is growing fast! We have an opening for a Trust and Estate Paralegal. Do you want to be apart of a driven and innovative team? Then this position is for you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration.
- Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information.
- Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates.
- Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- Paralegal certification.
- Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm.
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. Sucato Law Group also provides benefits, professional development opportunities, mentorship and a supportive team culture.
