Risk & Safety CoordinatorThis role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs a Risk & Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all current and future Store safety and Claims communication and collateral, as well as own and monitor incident volume & conversion. You will directly support and impact the effectiveness of General Liability and Store Safety Operations.What You'll DoPlan, communicate, implement, and maintain ownership of all General Liability & Store Safety collateral across the appropriate platformsDevelop, edit and format communication to the stores and external partners to ensure execution, productivity, and clarity of intentionProvide communication guidance to partners on the appropriate course of action by evaluating the business need, audience, timing and impact of the messageResearch, recommend and implement improvements to communication tools and processesReview and approve communication content, ensuring content is streamlined, appropriate for the audience and timelyParticipate in project status meetings and update project plans and communicationAudit communication tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and timelinessGather feedback from corporate and field partners to implement improvementsWork with internal partners to evaluate operational improvements to enhance efficiencyMonitor non-claim incident volume. Identify those that need to be converted to claimsSuggest updates to portal input/output for more accurate reportingTravel less than 5%Additional tasks may be assigned as necessaryWhat Skills You HaveRequired:1+ years of experience in related fieldBachelor's Degree or related experiencePreferred:Previous Communication and/or Operations experienceLegal and/or Compliance backgroundRetail experience
