In this role, you will help lead store execution during scheduled shifts, support the sales floor, and ensure operational standards are consistently met while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Help lead daily sales floor execution and support team performance.
• Maintain merchandising, visual standards, and overall store organization.
• Support inventory receiving, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Handle cash management and ensure operational compliance.
• Provide real-time coaching and support to sales associates.
• Communicate opportunities and feedback to store leadership.

Desired skills and experience:

• 13+ years of retail experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Comfortable taking ownership of shift-level operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Passion for the hunting and fishing lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
