Our client is seeking a skilled, dependable Fabricator to join their New Jersey team. This is a hands-on role fabricating custom rugs, supporting daily production operations, and maintaining our client's standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Location: East Rutherford, NJ
- Work Type: On-Site
- Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
- Position Type: Temp to hire / Full-Time
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Our client is seeking a skilled, dependable Fabricator to join their New Jersey team. This is a hands-on role fabricating custom rugs, supporting daily production operations, and maintaining our client's standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate rugs in the shop according to STARK standards
- Log completed tasks with accurate timestamps
- Use STARK-provided tools and machinery safely
- Participate in daily meetings, collaborate with fabrication and warehouse teams
- Occasionally assist with deliveries, onsite installation support
- 1-3 years of carpet installation, rug fabrication, or related flooring experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to commute to the NJ Warehouse daily
- Dependable, punctual, able to work efficiently in a production environment
