Responsibilities What You'll Do:
- Tour homes with buyers and provide exceptional client service
- Support buyer agents throughout the home search process
- Manage follow-ups, client communication, and CRM updates
- Provide feedback and market insights to the team
- Help build strong client relationships and improve conversion opportunities
- Learn real estate sales, lead generation, and transaction processes through hands-on experience
- Ongoing real estate sales training and mentorship
