Your core mission involves:

• Owning the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including extrusion, injection molding, assembly, and packaging.

• Partnering with product design and management teams to enhance product manufacturability from the earliest stages.
• Leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects to minimize waste and defects.
• Collaborating on the design of tooling, equipment, and fixtures—like molds and dies—to meet precise specifications.
• Developing critical documentation, including work instructions and preventive maintenance schedules, and helping train our production teams.
• Implementing robust quality control procedures and working with QA to swiftly resolve any production deviations.
