Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, proactive, and comfortable managing the sales process from prospecting and initial contact through closing and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Contact prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery calls when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Manage leads and sales activities accurately within the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery or customer support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
