This role will focus on trenchless and underground utility work including HDD, microtunneling, pipe bursting, and related scopes. You will work directly with leadership and operations to support bidding efforts and help drive backlog across North Texas as they continue to grow! Why This Role Strong pipeline of trenchless and underground utility work Established estimating team Opportunity to grow into more senior responsibilities Stable company with consistent backlog Responsibilities Prepare estimates and bids for trenchless and underground utility projects Review plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes Assist with bid strategy and proposal development Coordinate with project managers and field teams Qualifications 4+ or more years of estimating experience in civil construction Experience with trenchless methods such as HDD, microtunneling, pipe bursting, or underground utilities highly preferred Experience with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid is a plus Compensation Base salary range of $95,000 to $145,000 depending on experience Bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package Apply today or email resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
