Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Hospice - $63+ per visit

Job Title & Location Registered Nurse – Home Health Hospice (Hospice RN), Horsham, Pennsylvania. Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide palliative care to clients throughout Montgomery County, PA. The role is full‑time, primarily daytime shifts, and offers flexibility and work/life balance. Responsibilities Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures, and provide comfort care. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Occasional on‑call after‑hours and/or weekend support. Qualifications Active and current registration as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey. One year of hospice experience strongly preferred; prior home‑health care experience welcomed but not required. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Calm, reassuring presence; active listening, excellent assessment, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Benefits Sign‑on bonus of $5,000.
