HVAC Technical Support Rep

Salary: $35,360 - 35,360 per year Requirements:

• We need someone with working knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment in a wholesale distribution environment.
• We value strong attention to detail, effective time management, solid interpersonal skills, and good organization.
• You should be proficient with computers and comfortable learning our inventory management system.
• We expect proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other business software.
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred, ideally 1 year or more.
• An associates degree or bachelors degree is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house is preferred.

• We provide technical support and training for the equipment we sell.
• We guide customers technicians and our team members on installation, servicing, and repair best practices.
• We offer technical consultation to customers on equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• We act as a liaison between the factory, our customers, and our team on technical equipment matters.
• We deliver support through phone, email, text, and on-site field visits.
• We help with inventory counts when needed.
