Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $18 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

o Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound, outbound customer calls and complaints.
o Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
o Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
o Act as a subject matter expert
