About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Commercial for the Texas Area within the Corrugated Division. The successful candidate will be a strategic, customer-focused leader with a proven track record in driving profitable growth. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Texas Area, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales and margin targets. The VP will be responsible for instilling a customer-focused culture, value selling approach, and pricing excellence, and will work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient commercial process. To excel in this position, candidates must be strategic thinkers with a proactive approach to problem-solving, possess strong leadership skills in commercial strategies, and have a background in B2B sales within a manufacturing or service industry. The role requires a leader with the ability to drive results, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively across departments. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 5-10 years of B2B sales experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role with a focus on sales execution and pipeline management. The VP will be expected to lead by example, be the voice of the customer, and identify and lead efforts to address market, customer, and process issues.
