Vice President, Growth Marketing

Now, we’re entering our next stage of growth: taking our AI solutions directly to businesses, with our AI Agent solution at the forefront. We’re building a direct-to-business growth engine designed to create demand, acquire customers, and scale adoption of our AI Agent and broader communications and AI portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Growth Marketing will build and lead that function from the ground up. This leader will shape how we position and take our AI solutions to market, build awareness and demand, drive customer acquisition and free-trial-to-paid conversion, and challenge the traditional B2B marketing playbook. We’re looking for a growth leader who can turn awareness into demand, demand into customers, and marketing investment into measurable revenue, while building the strategy, capabilities, and team to scale. What You’ll Do Build and lead net2phone’s direct B2B growth marketing strategy, with an initial focus on small and midsize businesses. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our AI Agent solution and growing AI-powered communications portfolio. Build awareness and demand for our AI solutions and translate that demand into customer acquisition and revenue growth. Develop and optimize customer acquisition strategies, including free-trial-to-paid conversion. Identify and test creative ways to reach business audiences across digital, social, content, influencers, podcasts, and emerging channels. Challenge traditional marketing approaches and experiment with new ways to get businesses to stop, pay attention, and engage. Own growth performance and economics, including budget, conversions, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and ROI. Use AI as a core part of how you research, strategize, execute, experiment, and scale. Build the team and capabilities needed to scale the growth function. Partner closely with sales, product, operations, and executive leadership to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes. Serve as a compelling internal and external voice for net2phone and our vision for AI-powered business communications. What We’re Looking For Proven success building or scaling a B2B growth marketing function, ideally with direct customer acquisition ownership. Experience bringing technology or AI-powered solutions to market and translating product value into compelling customer demand. Experience creating demand and acquiring small and midsize business customers. Strength across growth marketing, demand generation, digital, brand, content, and customer acquisition. A strong understanding of growth economics, including CAC, lifetime value, conversion performance, marketing investment, and ROI. Genuine fluency with AI, both in bringing AI-powered solutions to market and using AI to make marketing smarter and more effective. A creative, experimental mindset that goes beyond traditional SEO, paid search, display, and established marketing playbooks. The ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear, relevant value for business audiences. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. A hands-on leadership style. You can set the strategy, dig into the data, roll up your sleeves, and turn ideas into action. An ownership mentality with the energy, curiosity, and accountability to build something from the ground up. Experience in cloud communications, telecommunications, or contact center technology is valuable, but not required. We’re interested in growth leaders who can bring fresh thinking and a demonstrated track record of building direct B2B growth.
