Your technical expertise and creativity will help shape the future of medical technology in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation thrives.**What You Will Do*** Design and develop 3D CAD models and drawings for concept, prototype, and production, focusing on manufacturability, cost efficiency, and accuracy.* Create and refine components, subsystems, fixtures, and tooling in compliance with internal and external standards.* Lead or support engineering change control processes, including documentation creation and release.* Analyze R&D input independently and deliver actionable design outputs that support project success.* Contribute to product development by applying knowledge of current offerings and competitive landscape.* Mentor peers on CAD, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and related systems, resolving technical issues and building team capability.* Participate in cross-functional teams during product ideation, testing, and prototype delivery, driving alignment and collaboration.* Apply and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accuracy and compliance with drafting standards.**What You Will Need****Required Qualifications*** Minimum high school diploma with 6 years of additional relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with 4 years, or bachelor’s degree.* Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D CAD design and related software.* Expertise in CAD modeling, drafting standards, and GD&T.* Experience with PLM systems.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience leading or supporting cross-functional design projects.* Familiarity with intellectual property considerations in design.* Ability to contribute to process improvements and standard reviews.$77,700 - $129,500 USD AnnualTravel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
