Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for current practice
• Proven track record in school-based OT settings, preferably K-8
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators and other service providers
• Creative, student-centered approach to assessing needs and designing interventions
• Excellent communication abilities for supporting students and engaging families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services to a diverse K-8 student population
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to developing IEPs
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into daily classroom activities
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
• Offer training and support for school staff and parents to maximize student success
• Participate actively in student support teams, meetings, and district initiatives
