Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of the customer experience and work closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management to keep our service operations running smoothly. This is an on-site, office-based position that requires frequent computer and telephone use and extended periods of sitting. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously. Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and customer accounts. Make outbound calls to incoming leads and follow up with existing customers. Schedule and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently. Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and communication. Perform data entry and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company systems. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, office staff, and management. Listen to customer questions, concerns, and complaints and respond with a positive, solution-focused approach. Direct customer issues to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Keep customer information and records current and accurate. Assist with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Able to remain professional and solution-focused when dealing with challenging customer situations. Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, dispatch, or office experience is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements The Position Requires Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Frequent use of a telephone, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the office as needed. Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies, packages, or materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
