IT Support Specialist II – 5756 Company: ColumbiaCare Services Location: Springfield, Oregon Posting Date: 5 days ago About the Position Serve as System Administrator for our network, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Software as a Service (SaaS), and local servers. Lead regular maintenance and update tasks for IT equipment and services. Maintain accurate documentation of help desk tickets, instructions, guides and project progress using department approved resources. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Full Time, Day) Compensation $26.00–$29.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials Differentials: Night Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour for shifts 10:00 p.m.–8:30 a.m. (minimum 2.5 hours). Secure Program Differential: $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible secure program. Bilingual Differential: 5% additional pay for qualifying employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred. Two (2) years of experience troubleshooting and providing IT helpdesk support is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mac computers. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
