Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at either our New Berlin or Appleton, WI office . The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be able to demonstrate a passion for sales. This role will involve working closely with our pre-sales and sales teams to analyze customer needs and provide technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication skills. The Technical Sales Associate provides complete Customer Service duties to our customer base, including assisting our outside sales team with quoting, order entry, expediting, and technical assistance with ABB motors and variable frequency drives . This is a local, inside position in direct support of account sales activity within our assigned region. This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred Knowledge of motors and/or drives is preferred - Required: A degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, and/or at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
