Position PeaceHealth at RiverBend Medical Center seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) Biopsy experience to join our General Surgery Clinic. Key Details Full‑time, .8 FTE Flexible work schedule (4 or 5‑day workweek) Location: River Bend, Oregon (Eugene/Springfield area) Responsibilities Provide primary surgical nursing care, including pre‑operative and post‑operative patient assessment, management, and education. Perform fine needle aspiration biopsies and assist with ultrasound guidance. Coordinate office support, including scheduling and medical‑assistant tasks. Collaborate within the multidisciplinary surgical team. Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant with a valid state license. Experience in fine needle aspiration biopsy and ultrasound. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care skills. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to clinic scheduling. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $126,414 – $149,843 (dependent on experience). Employment bonus. Relocation assistance.
