Mama Russo's Dishwasher/Utility Person Mama Russo's is hiring a dishwasher or utility person. Responsibilities Rinsing and washing all dirty dishes Helping clean the kitchen: keeping dish area clean and organized Putting dishes away in proper place Cleaning of entire facility at the end of the shift to include: sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls, tables, shelves, following a detailed cleaning list to make sure all equipment and areas are cleaned according to USDA guidelines, taking out trash and recycling as needed throughout shift. Following proper procedure for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes. May need to help with some kitchen prep or production as needed. Qualifications Must be willing to follow USDA guidelines for plant cleanliness and sanitation Benefits Flexible schedule Paid training #J-18808-Ljbffr
