About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer to take the helm of its finance and accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reports, and controls, as well as overseeing budgets, forecasts, cash management, and financial reporting with in-depth analysis for the leadership team. This role also involves guiding risk management for various assets, contracts, and compliance with accounting standards, and directing high-level information technology policy to ensure data security and reliable systems. The CFO will provide executive leadership on strategy and planning, working closely with leaders across all departments to align financial goals with business needs. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a strong command of financial planning, accounting rules, tax matters, and internal control practices. A proven track record in designing and improving policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency is essential, as is the ability to evaluate risk and set mitigation plans. Experience with enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data sources for financial oversight is required, along with the ability to partner with various teams to achieve financial objectives. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years' in senior finance leadership, including experience in a product-driven setting with knowledge of cost and inventory concepts.
