ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting veterans, an experience that strengthened my passion for serving others and making a difference. I was born in Hawaii and am proud to be the first person in my family to earn a college degree.

Giving back continues to be an important part of who we are. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and local food pantry, and we frequently volunteer at a nearby elementary school. We enjoy staying connected and finding meaningful ways to support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Lily Hoa - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
