Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Operations team, supporting the VP of Operations in improving processes and promoting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis and collaboration skills, thriving in an environment that demands curiosity and autonomy. They will work closely with Project Management, Resource Management, Finance, IT, ReSources, Procurement, and other capability teams to support operational initiatives and enable better ways of working. Responsabilidades Conduct interviews and workshops to assess current operational processes and propose improvements. Analyze workflows to identify gaps and optimization opportunities. Create clear diagrams and documentation of current and future processes. Extract and analyze operational data to identify trends and support decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational consistency and support tool adoption. Administer operational software, managing users, permissions, and configurations. Produce well‑structured documentation and present insights and project updates. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, PMO, consulting, or agencies (preferred). Ability to analyze data from tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. Experience in process documentation and creating visual flows. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability. Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset in dynamic environments.
