Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a fast-paced outpatient infusion center (non-oncology). This unique role blends hands-on clinical care with administrative responsibilities—playing a key part in patient check-in, flow, and overall experience from arrival through treatment.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts and part time two 10 hour shifts
• Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 7:00 PM (schedule may vary)
• Required to train and float across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations
• Weekend rotation approximately every 6 weeks

What You Can Expect:

• Room patients for infusion visits, including height, weight, vital signs, screening questionnaires, and medication reconciliation
• Manage patient check-in and flow using EMR and other computer systems to support the infusion unit
• Perform administrative tasks to track patient status and coordinate care throughout the visit
• Clean and prepare infusion chairs between patients to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Maintain stocked, organized, and efficient clinical spaces
• Crosstrain to support lab functions and assist nursing with patient care needs
• Work closely with a collaborative, high-energy outpatient care team

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter required
• Six months of experience as a CNA
• BLS/CPR certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
